Institute Educator Lead
Remote (WFH)
Delta Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Institute Educator Lead to join our Learner Empowerment Team. About the Role: This is a pivotal role that combines student support, academic coordination, educator leadership, and industry expertise. Working closely with the General Manager – Institute, and the Student Experience Coordinator, you will support students throughout their educational journey while helping to foster a high-performing and supportive educator team. As a subject matter expert in animal behaviour and training, you’ll contribute to excellent educational outcomes by coordinating academic activities, supporting student progression, maintaining educator competency and compliance requirements, and ensuring our programs continue to meet the highest standards of quality and best practice.
Hours: Permanent part-time 22.5hrs / week
Location: Fully remote working arrangement
Travel Requirements: If located outside Sydney, travel to Sydney approximately 5-6 times a year will be required (travel and accommodation expenses covered).

Therapy Dog Team Trainer & Assessor

Delta Therapy Dogs is inviting applications from Delta Institute graduates for the paid contract role of Therapy Dog Team Trainer & Assessor in Brisbane, QLD.
About the Role: Successful applicants will be responsible for the assessment of current and potential Therapy Dog Teams who volunteer as part of Delta’s programs. From time-to-time there may be other opportunities to join working groups as subject matter experts, or to deliver training to current therapy dog teams.
Commitment: A minimum commitment of 4 days per year to undertake assessments of therapy dog teams is required. These are held on a Saturday or Sunday. Other engagements are by invitation and are flexible.
